The Bleu Poblano

Oh my gosh you guys. I found it. I found the best al pastor tacos in Utah. An unmarked (for now) restaurant they call Diego's but apparently is called The Bleu Poblano has the best al pastor pork tacos a girl could ever dream of. My mouth is watering as I'm writing this!

Logan Day.. on bikes!

We do a lot of 'Logan Days' where we go around Main St and support local shops and just walk around and enjoy everything 'Logan.' Today was a little different since it was warm enough to ride our bikes! We headed to Willow Park Zoo and walked around downtown and had burgers at Center Street Grill.

Their burgers are so dang good. The best is their Key West chicken sandwich though. I'm definitely a Chick-fil-a girl hands down, but this chicken sandwich is my all time favorite! SO fresh and I do not feel guilty at all afterwards (not that I ever do when it comes to food). Braden had the Inferno Burger.

Date Night!

Okay, probably not so much as a date night but a night where we don't have to cook.

Love me some sashimi!!

Baby Animal Days

Friday was... date day! B and I headed to the American West Heritage Center where I could elbow out little kids and hog the baby animals. You think I'm kidding but...
I'm so not.

Umm.. only the most adorable bunny EVER! It was so much softer and plumper than the other bunnies.. and it was so hard to believe this was an animal, not a toy. SO CUTE!

B loves his bunny.

I got to hold this feisty little thang. He was adorable and seriously so tiny, I could have stuffed my bra with him and a buddy! Yes.. could have.. don't worry- I didn't.

Ahh! his little bunny feet! They're so fluffy I could die!

And we stopped by HuHot for some hot, Mongolian grill.. a bit pricey, but seriously delicious.

When we left, there was a line out the door and we overheard one lady loudly scoffing,"$12?! What a rip-off!!" and I wanted to turn around and ask her what her deal was. Seriously? It's Logan, UTAH. Be glad anyone's building anything here. And it's a Mongolian grill- you don't see those much anywhere. The only one I know of in Utah County is down in Springville. Also, it's a buffet, so if you wanted, you could get your money's worth. And, they have really good ingredients laid out, and did I mention it's unlimited? If you really had to express your displeasure, all you had to do is raise your eyebrows and discreetly walk out of there.

Instead we watched her stomp off to her (badly beaten) minivan and speed off angrily.
Hope no one died that day.
